Mutual support funds (Unterstützungskassen) are a long-standing Austrian tradition of workers looking out for one another. We're rebuilding that same idea with today's tools: understandable, fast, and explainable.
Our mission
We want support in difficult moments to be simple to access, fairly distributed, and explainably decided — without the complexity and mistrust that often surrounds traditional insurance products.
How we're governed
The fund is run by a board that personally takes responsibility for every support decision. An AI assists with triaging submitted cases, but never makes a decision itself.
