Transparency: how decisions are actually made
Because our benefits are discretionary, with no legal entitlement, we lay out exactly how a decision actually happens — from first application to payout.
The AI recommends, it doesn't decide
A recommendation index scores each case on voluntary contribution consistency, time since the last benefit, documented urgency, and current fund health. The output is always a recommendation — never a decision.
A person decides, always
Every decision is made by a named board member and carries a written rationale.
Everything is logged
Every decision and every change to the recommendation logic is recorded immutably — available for review.
What the AI never considers
Origin, gender, or any other protected characteristic never factors into the recommendation.
