These terms apply to membership in Österreichische Unterstützungskasse ÖUK and to all voluntary contributions and support applications handled through it.

Nature of benefits
Support benefits are granted entirely at the board's discretion. There is no legal entitlement to any specific benefit or amount.
Voluntary contributions
Due dates, payment method, and consequences of missed voluntary contributions.
Governing law
Austrian law applies, at the association's seat in Vienna, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions at a German member's place of residence.
